Shipping Policy

We’re happy to ship orders from Leis R Us from Maui, Hawaii to customers within the United States.
Please review the details below before placing your order.
1) Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within:
- 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods (holidays, promotions, special events), processing times may be slightly longer.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.
2) Shipping Destination
We currently ship:
- United States only (including Hawaii and Alaska).
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3) Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We ship using reputable carriers (such as USPS or UPS) based on destination, package size, and the service selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin after your order ships and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control may affect transit time.
4) Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight/size, and the selected shipping method.
5) Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your selected shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
6) Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for any reshipping fees.
- If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
7) Order Changes and Cancellations
To request acancellation or change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
8) Lost Packages and Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local carrier office.
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist with next steps.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the carrier
investigation outcome.
9) Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The packaging and shipping label
We will review and work with you on a replacement or other resolution as appropriate.
