We may change, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time. Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes; colors and appearance may vary by device. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies, including pricing and availability, even after an order is submitted.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, supply limitations, or errors in product or pricing information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship from Maui, Hawaii, and currently ship within the United States and Canada.

Processing time: Orders typically process within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other issues outside our control.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
  • If tracking is available, we will provide tracking information once your order ships.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession of the package (to the extent permitted by law).

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need assistance with a return, please email info@leisrus.com.

Unless a product page states otherwise, our standard return terms are:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless required by law).
  • Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by your bank or card issuer.

We may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can help.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@leisrus.com. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to additional terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may exclude certain products.
